1. Use of Data

2.1 In order to achieve the purposes get out in section 1.3 above Etellect may disclose the Personal Data as follows:-

B. To its subsidiaries (where the term "subsidiary" has the meaning set out in the UK Companies Act 1985);
C. To suppliers to Etellect who are contracted to provide any support or administration, facilities management or similar services to Etellect;

E. To any company or organisation to which Etellect transfers all, or a substantial part, of its assets and undertakings.
2.2 In addition, Etellect may disclose Personal Data to third parties where required by law.
3. Transfers of Personal Data
3.1 In order to achieve the above purposes Etellect may need to i) transmit the Personal Data using the Internet and/or
ii) transfer the Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (the "EEA"). In such circumstances Etellect will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that such Personal Data is adequately protected from unauthorised access. Note also that where Personal Data is transmitted using the Internet all or part of the Personal Data may be transmitted or routed through territories outside the EEA.

4. Subsequent Communications
4.1 Any telephone calls and/or Emails to/from Etellect which you make/receive/send may be monitored and recorded for the purposes set out in section 1.3 above and/or i) security purposes; ii) legal purposes; and/or iii) quality control purposes.
5. No Other Use Without Consent
5.1 Other than as expressly set out in sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this Privacy Statement Etellect will not use, actively disclose or transfer the Personal Data without your explicit consent.
6. Subject Access Rights
6.1 Under UK Data Protection law, you are entitled to receive a copy of information or data about you that is held by Etellect upon payment of a fee (currently £10). You are also entitled to require the rectification, erasure or blocking of any such information or data which is inaccurate or not up-to-date and held by Etellect. You may also require that Etellect cease to process any such information or data which is likely to cause you substantial damage or substantial distress. If you wish to exercise any of these statutory rights, or if you wish to opt-out of any future processing of your information or data held by Etellect, please write to Etellect at its registered address detailed at the top of this Privacy Statement stating your name and address and providing Etellect with any relevant information.
7. Non Personal Data
7.1 In some cases, Etellect may collect information about you that is not Personal Data. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the domain name of the web site from which you linked to the Site
